Start work on new magic system

Begin work on the new skills that are cast via words input into the chatbar. Code the base from the Super Novice Blessing.

Find a way to make it so that a book will flag the character able to use the skill, so if the player did not find the book, they cannot use the skill.

Create the script command for the books to teach the skill. They will be NPCs not items. The books will be invisible npcs added to bookshelves really hard to find.
