Instance - Housing

AFTER INSTANCES ARE DONE!
Create a code for housing, can be basic but will create an instance of a room depending on what is purchased through an npc. All players should start with a shack.
After the base works, add in pets system as mentioned in the wiki, then create the bed system and leave commented out code for resting off diseases.
-Also needs mappers working side by side with coders and scripters.
Create npc scripts for the kitchen as well, to be used in the cooking system once it's implemented.
